  • Implement an initial use case in the Production environment.
  • Train your team to enable them to take the lead on subsequent activities and implementations.

This process involves the following key activities:

  • Kickoff and Planning: Define project goals, scope, and timelines.
  • Design: Develop architecture and designs tailored to your use case.
  • Training: Equip your team with the knowledge to use and manage the PlainID solutions.
  • Installation and Configuration: Set up the Authorization Platform across environments.
  • Policy Authoring: Create and implement policies for the first use cases.
  • Functional and Non-functional Testing: Validate the platform’s performance and reliability.
  • Pre-production Activities: Prepare for deployment, including final checks and user acceptance testing.
  • Go-live Support: Provide assistance during the transition to Production.

 

The project will involve a designated team of SMEs, including:

  • Technical Account Manager

  • Professional Services Engineer
  • Business Analyst
